I see the previous bad reviews saying no tiger transit, etc., but these are not their faults. There are disadvantages but there are many advantages once you have a car; close to stores, schools and everywhere. In addition, you can enter this residence without subleasing; previously I had a very unpleasant memory of one residence in auburn pushing me to sublease but this does not. Regarding staffs, they are very friendly and kind to me and my children and maintenance personnel are wonderful and work very diligently. To summerize my feeling, do not totally rely on comments on the net but u had better come and see this residence. I and my family members are having a really wonderful time here.

Place looks decent from the outside, inside is ok. Walls must be super thin because I could hear my neighbors all the time. Rental rates are way too high for what you get, and each time the lease renews expect a 10-20% increase on the rent. It was a decent community overall with friendly enough staff/management, but it just got too expensive. Recently changed management (ownership?) within the last 2 years and it has really gone downhill since then. I couldn't wait to get out, felt like my bank account was being bled dry for mediocrity.

Bad apartment environment for students. I feel so regret when live here for a year. Experience, no tiger transit. Noisy neighbors upstairs. This apartment is not sound proof. You can hear everything upstairs if you live in the grand. Read your paper term carefully or you will be charged like me a lot of money when moving out. Be careful when live here. Bad experience when live here.
We lived at this location over the past 2 years. The change in management really lowered the friendliness and service. This place is too expense for what you get.

Maintenance is very slow to respond even on critical issues. DMV has way better empathy and customer service than the people who work in the office. The whole concept of luxury apartments is just external styling but nothing on substance, just a ploy to justify the high rent. This might be a common complaint on all apartments managements but the question is why be subjected to this after paying 50% more rent than other apartments in Auburn, you can get subjected to same incompetency at a lower price somewhere
Also, the property has issues with snakes which might be a problem for some people. .
