Caravela, Cinderella, Apsara, Fiesta, and the Boat House are the most well-known restaurants in a town where there’s a rich variety of eateries. BCC is a short walk from downtown Fall River and its plethora of restaurants. Many of the best places are within a block or two of Interstate 195 or are near the coast of the Mt. Hope Bay. Seafood restaurants are big here, as expected, but there are also a few great Portuguese restaurants too. Before you commit to an apartment in Bristol, you should look at BCC’s location and how far away it is from your rental. I say this because BCC isn’t actually in Bristol, but rather across Mount Hope Bay in Fall River. The bay also contains the state line between Rhode Island and Massachusetts, so if you live in Bristol you’ll be commuting across state lines every day to go to class. I think living in Fall River is best for students, or even a neighbor like Somerset.
