DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE!!! I moved on and was told within hours my plumbing was backed up. The office said they did not know about it. The office manager at the time Kimberly, was a complete and udder rude and mean person who never cared about an resident.
When the 2nd months rent was due they sent me a statement for 250 more than what I signed the lease for. That same day my ac went out and was leaking IN MY APARTMENT puddle of water in my living room. I proceed to the office and asked out of my lease, Kimberly immediately said no worries! You can be out! Gave me a paper to sign and I moved out that weekend.
The apartments are nasty. Maintenance sucks. The trash is always over flowing and disgusting. It doesn't even deserve 1 star.
