I have lived here the past year and would like to share my experience. The apartment layout is small, yet comfortable. The apartments are over-priced and are continuously increasing. The walls are thin, so you can hear normal level conversations of your neighbors. The garden area is pleasant and enjoyable. The Management Owner (Mr. Gardner Brown) is not personable. He did not honor an agreement (he shook my hand and looked me in the eye). I would not trust Mr. Brown with anything important; he is simply a business man trying to make the most money possible out of these apartments. The management workers have always been kind and friendly to me, but if you do end of living here I suggest minimizing the interactions with Mr. Brown. His character as an individual is questionable to say the least. None of the apartments at Studio 51 are worth over $750/month, but Mr. Brown will charge you more than that. The apartments are nice and the location was great for me, but the property management owner completely ruined my experience here.
