So, this is a new apartment building converted from an apartment hotel under new management. I just moved here and so far so good. Location is unbeatable but the front desk and the amenities can be better. I hope to update this as I see much more of the apartment. Oh and hey, Amazon is building a whole village out here and you will be waking up to that construction noise. The comments below are from back in the day while it was a hotel. (So this is the official 1st review) Update: The Amazon noise gotten better because they have installed most of the glass windows of the building. One thing you should seriously consider before signing the lease is the utilities cost. Its a scam move from the management! the cost is not calculated per usage rather you pay your fair (unfair) share of the buildings bill. Around $300/month for a 2 bedroom apartment. Its a ripoff!

We moved our son in this month and the Marlowe team has been exceptional. Haley (manager) made the move in process easy and even had our furniture deliveries brought up to the apartment before we moved in! The concierge staff are all friendly and helpful as well. The apartment is spacious, well equipped and actually quiet inside despite being downtown. Great location for the metro and restaurants everywhere.
