Had a great time living here for a year. Maintenance staff and concierge are incredibly helpful, especially Moe and Queena. Prices werent bad for the area, and the location is super convenient to metro, restaurants and other activities. The construction is pretty awful right now, so Id avoid moving in until its completed, but Im sure prices will be higher once its complete.

During the morning commute Avalon scheduled a check of the elevator in which I got stuck on and the power went out. I was very upset and stormed into the leasing office with a few choice words. I am staying at my girl friends house... Shaqueena remained calm and collected. She was able to calm me down and apologized for the inconvenience it may have caused me. After asking what she can do to help she called the supervisor in front of me and notified them of the issue.
She took my number and after leaving she called me a few minutes later to follow up and hope I have a better day

I came in to tour with Autumn Moody and the overall experience was great. She was very patient and learned all my needs as I was moving from Kenya with my two sons. She even recommended a curry soup from the convenience store and waited while my realtor and I ate! The customer service I have received since has been excellent. We signed the lease that day and moved in the next afternoon. She is definitely my go-to!

I really enjoy living at Avalon Ballston Square. The location is very nice, the apartments are very clean but most importantly the staff is super friendly and helpful. Muhammad who works at the concierge is one of my favorite people I met here. He always greets everyone with a smile and does everything he can to help us. Just like the rest of the staff, he treats everyone very friendly and he is great at his work! Avalon Ballston Square really is a great place to live and I would recommend it to everyone.
