Weve lived here for a few months now and we really love it. We got a huge apartment for the price and maintenance responds within hours every time which is really awesome. The apartments themselves are older so theres a few cracks here and there and a few bugs that have made there way in but I mean the building is relatively old so its not that unexpected. The neighborhood is quiet and across the street is a really nice dog park. Overall its a good apartment for the amount that we pay.
I'm just making an observation here. All the good reviews were done at the same time and the people that did it have only one review. Suspicious activity.

They keep taking my review down because they do not want to be exposed and confronted about the false advertisement they portray regarding this complex. These apartments look absolutely nothing like what they have posted. NOTHING AT ALL. They stole these pics from a decent apartment complex website. These are one of the most ratchet, ghetto apartments ever. With a lot of children that live here also. If kids live here you might want to consider making it a little more livable and safer and drug free. You aught to be ashamed of yourselves.

I came in around 8:52 on 01/29/18 to ask about getting in to a two bedroom for me and my son, the lady Daisy helped me by giving me a brochure with the floor plans and prices. I felt comfortable coming in she is very professional I will be retuning later on today to turn in my application

They have helped me and my family so much !!! We absolutely Love Woodland Park

Angie the lady who works in office has made my daughter have a bad experience she did not add her to lease had her removed later by police for a personal argument about my daughter husband? .then later allowed her to come back to live there just to have my daughter put in jail later next year after she and her mother in law attacked my daughter and scratch her up and attacked my 17 year old pregnant daughter trying to help...long story but true ..it happened 11-28-17 ask neighborhood... thanks and go see for yourself

Worst customer service ever! I wish I could give negative stars. Everytime I have an issue NO ONE answers the phone. Then I go to then office (of course during office hours) and no one is ever there! I swear to god no one shows up to work. But hey if im a day late or put a box along with my trash all hell breaks lose and suddenly someone is at my door bitchin about my box is not suppose to go with the trash...bitch wat else am I suppose to do with it. Never lease here ever again.
This place is wonderful, the new management is great and fixed my toilet leak in one hour! I would live her.
