If I could only give these people no stars I would. Ive stayed here for one year and the experience was okay. I honestly feel the price of the rent is too expensive, my apartment had old applicances no upgrade at all my rent was $780 for a one bed and the rent went up to $810 again with no upgrades at all. Expect an overcharge balance as well when you move out the apartment my balance was $425.26. I will be filing a SMALL CLAIM CASE due to the charges not being accurate. The area is average, but not worth the amount they are asking for. You can definitely get your money worth else where!

I've been here 2 years going on 3 now. Old management sucked but these newer people they have are wonderful. Maintenance has been great well except for the 3 times we had false fire alarms in my building. I would recommend this place.

I would love to give this apartment complex a negative five stars however, one will have to do as I cannot post w/o selecting one. I occupied a two bedroom unit under an one year lease. The experience was absolutely horrible for myself as well as my significant other and children. 1. Theft: Our vehicles were broken into twice. No visible items, car doors locked. (High Theft Area) 2. No AC: The unit AC went out. The front office and maintenance were notified immediately however, my family went THREE WEEKS without AC. The complex provided "one" window unit which did not cool the entire apartment. Did I mention, I have two young children at home! 3. Noisy Neighbors: Loud music and speaker bass throughout the night. 4. Marijuana: I can't speak for the entire complex but my neighbors smoked marijuana and the smell came through the vents of my apartment. The office was notified about the vent issue however, nothing was done. 5. Front Office: "Donna" and the Hispanic woman (name unk) are very rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. It's almost like they have an issue with doing their jobs... the ones they applied for. 6. Corporate: Throughout my stay, I've attempted to contact the corporate office regarding my concerns at the phone number provided by Donna, no answer. To this day, I have been unsuccessful by phone and I have not received a call back. "I've had to obtain an email address to establish a paper trail and a physical address to the corporate office located in Plano to get matters taken care of". 7. Final Bill: My final bill was outrageous. I attempted to dispute the bill and speak with corporate regarding my concerns however, this was considered a refusal to pay according to Donna. Of course, I was unable to contact corporate in a timely manner. TERRIBLE PROPERTY!

I absolutely love living here the staff really does care about their residents and it really shows in everything they do for us! I've been a resident at The Trails since February of last year and there is no other place id rather live ! Mrs.Mary the Assistant Manager in the front office is so caring and sweet I don't know what id do without her! As well as Mrs.Donna the Property Manager she's been a big help to me ! October I was in a car accident due to my car being totaled i lost my job due to transportation and i needed help with my rent for the month! She and Mrs.Mary went out of their way and gave me a list of organizations that help with Rental Assistant for time like this ! I was so grateful because they didn't have to help me they could have just said "oh well" and let me figure it out on my own ! That just shows how much they care about their residents. If your looking for an apartment look no further, I promise you wont regret it !
