Ive been living here for a little over two years. The previous management was awesome! This new company is the epitome of I dont care attitude. They do not respond to emails, of which Ive have sent five this week alone trying to get answer and one for repairs. Not a single response. Do not move here. I cannot wait for my lease to end and go somewhere else.

My partner and I have been living here for about 2 months now and have to say so far we love it here. Its quiet, very clean, feels safe and the people living around here seem pretty calm as well! Kim and Catherine are both amazing and friendly:) Havent had issues with any repairs so far and our upgraded apt plus space is perfect for us two. Highly recommend it here!

Everyone is super nice, for the most part. The apartment they showed me was way better than 1 I was getting. I have a big space for a small price, quite considering it's right off of Cooper St, centralized to everything cool. My ceiling is hella thin, It sounds like the people above me are going fall through. BUGS! BUGS! Pest Control doesn't work. My car got towed to Fort Worth from Arlington with my visitors parking pass. The cost to get it out for 1 day was $293.30. I might just break my lease to move. Theirs so many good reviews, because they ask you to leave one the day you move in.

My move in experience was terrible I was suppose to move in on the 16th but the lady in the office said they wouldn't have it ready till the next day and when I went to get my keys she insisted that I could have moved in IF I would have pick up the key's after 3, made no sense and did not feel bad about her lack of communication I also asked for all the upgrades and didn't receive any of it! They did come in after the fact that I brought it up to their attentio.I've been asking for them to fix the AC and all they tell me is to keep running my fans to keep my apartment cool I have 3 kid's and it's summer time in TEXAS! Who the hell wants to be sweating in there own house and have there kid's uncomfortable! I have literally had the worst experience so far with these apartments.

Even though I didn't get approved for the apartment. The manager was so kind and went above and beyond to give great service. Even after the denial, she showed me what was holding me back, and took her time to show me my options on how to improve my situation. Her guidance was right on the money and I was approved for a new apartment, that I am very pleased with! I highly recommend Cooper Park!

Love the location, Office staff is polite, and prompt when youre in need of repairs. The new owners came in and update the apartments. You cant go wrong living here at such a reasonable rate!

****UPDATE*** I will be turning in my 60 day notice! I went to the office to get my mail box key which I was told that there is a work order in place & I had turn in my move in checklist which I didn't get & told them already. I did mg walk thru of the apt and some of the blinds were damaged & have teeth marks on them, I don't think the apt was really cleaned. I also asked about the parking passes (high risk pregnancy) because I have people in/out helping me & I was told that I needed something from my Dr so they can know why I need so many visitor passes, its like they are keeping track on how many they issue. Also I was told by Tammy that I would be charged for a window that was broken because she failed to leave the door unlocked after she told me she left the key inside my apt for me to move in. I was asked to change my review but I'm not, this is too stressful for me & I don't feel comfortable living here or raising my unborn. I recently moved here within the past week & I'm Ready to go. I didn't get a chance to do a walk thru of the apt prior to moving in because she didn't have any to show. The pictures online look better than the real thing. The apartment is roach infested & I hate it. I blast the heat on 90 & you would think its gets hot..no..I have to sleep with an electric blanket just to stay warm. I recently moved here within the past week & I'm Ready to go. I didn't get a chance to do a walk thru of the apt prior to moving in because she didn't have any to show. The pictures online look better than the real thing. The apartment is roach infested & I hate it. I blast the heat on 90 & you would think its gets hot..no..I have to sleep with an electric blanket just to stay warm. Im glad its only a 6 month lease as I'm already looking for somewhere else to go. The parking sucks, visitors have to park in the visitors spot (not a problem) but also need a pass. My brother came to help me move & his car got towed..only been 2 hrs & he had to pay $300 to get it out..I can't deal with the foolishness. Very narrow driveway. Hard to maneuver if you have a lg vehicle such as a full sized pickup. The apts are not easily accessed without climbing rock/cement stairs...very slippery when it rains or freezes. Management is not very accommodating or friendly. Apts were not that nice looking. Very dark. No light in living room. Weird ordor in apt that we looked at. Kitchen is very small and dirty. Not a very good place for someone who has a disability. To hard to access.

I Moved into a 2/2 and love my apartment its affordable the light gray paint looks great and goes with any decor/style. The staff are very friendly and care about the safety of the residents here. Its pretty quiet and laid back. I like the fact that maintenance is always on time and that I can put in a work order and its taken cared of which I call pest control often to prevent pest infestation. Not that I have any but knowing its available to me every week if needed is great. You get an assigned parking as well cant beat that. The park is right behind the apartment so if you have kids or pets its very convenient. Tammy and Kim have been so awesome (if you give them respect and follow the rules you will have no problems)and the best thing is you can pay your rent online.

I've been living in these apartments for about 2 years and seems like every time the old problem is finally "fixed", a new one seems to appear. When I first moved in I had a lot of problems with bugs more specifically with roaches, thankfully I rarely ever saw the big Texas ones but the water roaches are just as bad if not worse. I have no more roach problems but I always have wasps coming into the apartment, bees, stink bugs, etc. the problem has been minimized but it's not gone and no thanks to the maintenance because every time I would send a work order or let the office know nothing would be done until I had done something about it. Aside from there being lots of bugs around, there seems to be small animals around as well. It doesn't seem like a big deal which isn't unless you can hear them at night (or during the day) from inside the walls. I live on the second floor, so I'm assuming it might be birds or squirrels, possibly mice/rats considering that facts that not long ago I saw a dead mouse on the side walk. Sometimes when the A/C is turned off for a while, and I go to turn it back on it'll smell like something is burning. I've already let the office people know and someone came to fix it but the problem is still and I'm still waiting for them to fix it. Water gets shut off a lot here as well, and when you go to turn the water faucet on you better watch out for the dirty water. The thing that makes me mad is that they seem to keep tract of who comes into the apartment, which is none of their business (excluding the maintenance people). My boyfriend at the time (now fianc) is in the military and he'll come visit me when he gets the chance. He'll usually stay over for a couples of days before he heads back and since he's not stationed too far he comes visits about twice a month and apparently that bothers them and gives them a reason to keep an eye out for him even though we have never given them any problems. I have had my car broken into and trashed, I've had somebody at night try to come into my apartment, and when I'm not home somebody kept coming in and taking things. I've told management and they don't seem to care, which frankly doesn't seem to surprise me either. The office people are only nice when it's convenient to them otherwise they are rude. All in all, I honestly wouldn't recommend this place to anybody. If it were just the bugs and the small animals in the walls I probably would of given them at least 4 stars but with everything else going on I seriously can't wait to move from this horrible place. The only reason I've stayed here is because it's really close to UTA which is super convenient.

Have had my car stolen and apartment robbed in the last 3 months here. Management said nothing. Also when the ceiling fan fell from my ceiling and onto my face leaving me injured.. Once again apartment staff had nothing helpful to say. A.c. goes out often, roaches are horrible! Counting down the days til we can "escape" and our lease is up. UNLESS you have a good security system you plan on installing it adding any kind of alarm you will not be safe here and will have your property stolen.

I have lived in this apartment complex for 2 years now, and I just resigned my lease for another year. When I first moved in, back in 2014, there were a lot of problems. In 2015 new management and owners came in and fixed a great deal. Bugs were a problem 2 years ago, but only until they hired a new exterminator. No problems now. Maintenance can get backed up from time to time, but we have always had our requests responded to within a few hours. Sometimes "dodgy" people can hang out in the park area, but a fence with a coded gate was installed during the spring and traffic from the park now is almost nonexistent. These apartments are huge. I have a 3 bedroom and it is 1,400 square feet, you can't find a house in Arlington for comparable value. Most of the units have gone through upgrades and look amazing. The office staff is truly like family. They are kind, helpful and understanding. There are community get-togethers and activities for kids. Any place you live is what you make it and I believe that this place is home.

I wanted to write a review since I was a little leery after reading the other reviews. The newer reviews were good and I see why now. The staff here is really friendly and I love my apartment. Its updated and I love the kitchen. It's quiet here and I have not had any problems. The construction looks like it will be done soon. Noticed the traffic wasn't bad at all last week and so far this week. I been here about 4 months now and I like that the park is behind the property for my daughter to play. Nice place.

I'm in a year long lease with this horrible place, I can deal with the loud music day & night, the creepy people that come out at night, the bug problem, but when it comes to needing something fixed like an AC in the middle of summer it's like pulling teeth, the staff can be very rude. We have gone almost 2 months with a broken AC and it's still not fixed. It's 815$ a month for a 2 bedroom and they can afford to fix my stuff. I'm never late with rent, we can't even clean our place because it's so damn hot. DO NOT move into these apartments there are places a lot cheaper that's less hassle to get your stuff fixed. This 2 bedroom 2 bath is costing us over 1100 dollars a month. they are not big or nice enough to be paying that.

I've lived here for about 6 months now, and I'm breaking my lease. The manager of the complex is an incompetent 22 year old. We have had problems with roaches, complained over a dozen times- and he had the nerve to tell us that he already came by to fix the problem- the only thing is, WE WERE HOME. And absolutely no one came that day. When confronted with it, he got all embarassed and tried to cover it up. Never would give us notification that he came- he tried to open our doors on several occasions without knocking. He's a creep. When we mentioned that our neighbors were seen selling drugs, he admitted to knowing that they were. Also, security stopped patrolling the grounds. Now I'm scared to walk to my apartment after I get off work. There's so many weirdo's walking around and way too many people yelling and screaming outside at 3 am. This is seriously a horrible excuse for an apartment. DO NOT PUT YOURSELF OR YOUR FAMILY IN THIS SITUATION. It's a waste of time and money!
