Update: Since the incident the corporate office reached out to me and waived a month of my rent. They have also replaced the people in the office and Renee has been very nice to deal with.This will be my 3rd lease I am signing this month. They had a pool party about a month ago and it was actually fun. My balcony is right in front of the pool so they through my daughter and I a hot dog and chips. It's not perfect but i appreciate the growth. I've been staying in these apartments since September and I regret it everyday. First problem is the leasing agents. They are rude and don't care about their tenants. Latoya to be exact. I had a leak under my sink and she told me to get a towel and clean it up. Not to mention it took 2 weeks to get someone out to my apartment. Second problem is the parking lot. Too many potholes! The building is slowly falling apart. Next problem is the water bill. When I first moved in it was no more than $25. Now I'm paying over $60. I called in to see why and she tells me it's because of the occupancy of my apartment. It's only my daughter (which is 2) and myself that stays there. Big big scam! Run far far away please! I don't usually leave reviews but for the headache I went through I don't want anyone else to go through it. Oh and not to mention there is still mold growing under my sink.

I've been living here since February. I've overlooked a few things that I didn't really agree with or like because I like my apartment & the area but today was the very last straw. My toilet broke around 5 am this morning. I immediately went online to put in a maintenance request to get it fixed. I came back home this evening at 722 pm & the toilet was not fixed. I called after hours number twice, no response. I sent two emails, no response. Its the day before a holiday so it probably wont be fixed tomorrow either. The fence by my apartment building has been down for about 3 weeks. I got numerous calls & emails when management thought I didn't have rental insurance but I can't even get a response about my broken toilet... No, I will not be renewing my lease & won't recommend anyone to move over there. Renee & the other lady in tje office is so unprofessional & have no idea what they are doing & had more ,"I don't know" than answers in regards to my rental insurance. All I wanted was my toilet fixed when I got home from work. I pay my rent every time on time & can't even get my toilet working properly. This is so unacceptable & I will tell anyone not to move here.

New manager Renee is not friendly. They should have made Latoya manager. Whoever thought hiring a new manager was the best thing for this...

New manager Renee is not friendly. They should have made Latoya manager. Whoever thought hiring a new manager was the best thing for this property needs a major wake up call ! To top it off the fence near my building has been down for almost 3 weeks now ... I use to recommend people to live here not any more. There are plenty of renovated apartments near by. Rather pay more money than settle for this.

PLS RUN.......I lived in this apartment for a year....the management are very unprofessional....the wont pay back ur deposit...i cleaned my apartment upto 100 percent and when i came back for my deposit ...they lied that i left 3bags of trash...i have videos of the apartment wen leaving but the screen is broken...im going to post the pictures of how i left the place once i repair the phone...these guys are liars...i will give them till the end of this month for them to refund my deposit..asap...if not ill post d pictures here and everywhere.

Not happy with the place where I live. Pool has been closed for 3 weeks and this is the way it looks now. The trash did not get picked up on a scheduled day for pick up either so trash was all over the complex all day/night. Gates were broken for 2 months and the new manager does not seem very interested in making us happy. Location is good aside from game traffic but this place is going down with the new company or management it is very disappointing to see. No emails or letters to update us on anything about the pool especially for memorial day weekend would have been nice.
