Ive been here 2 years and signed my 3rd lease. Ive enjoyed it for the most part except for the occasional annoying neighbors but I suppose thats at any apartment complex. The maintenance workers are quick and Ive never waited a full day for a work order to be completed. The only thing that sucks is the pool never seems to be open very long. Other than that its good for the price and I have no major complaints.

So, starting out this apartment was ify! Move in day our apartment was not ready. There were spiderwebs in every corner, old window blinds, no new carpet and a lot of maintenance needing to be done Overall, the living space, location, size has been very convenient. On the down side, my tub knob has been stripped 3 times already because maintenance does a half job. He supposedly said he'd be back to put the correct screws in, but it's been a month & we're stripped again. Soeaking of be back, maintenance came in after about 2 years of living here to replace our blinds. The small blinds were replaced & they said they didnt have the bigger blinds in & they'd be back to replace them as soon as they came in. Guess what? We still have the same blinds that whoever lived here before us had & no telling who else had them. Our oven light has pretty much never worked. Maintenance came in to replace it for a 2nd time & it went out the same day. After staying here for 2 years There is beginning to be NO WHERE to park for us residents because of the amount of junk cars that have been sitting in the same spot for over a year or 2. Ghetto people arguing & fighting over kids playing, trash & curse words on the stairways, & then just today our air decides to go out. I have 2 small children & the emergency maintenance line never picks up. The new ladies in the leasing office are rude & very inconsiderate. I've asked for packages & if it isn't in eye view for them they'll say it's not there. They open & close whenever. The office used to be open on Saturdays, then boom one Saturday they're there the next they're not without notice. I still don't know if they're open on Saturdays. I'm just sick of EVERYTHING here at Addison. I work to hard to feel like I stay in the projects.

I lived here in 2012, but I just wanted to say how much I LOVED living here. I didn't want to leave but the boyfriend wanted a house. Everything got taken care of and I took full advantage of the pool and exercise room. The girls in the office are so sweet too and they help you out with anything you need.

I just signed my 3rd lease. I like living here with three exceptions.... 1) it seems the hours of operation in the office should be adjusted to accommodate the office staffs lunch breaks and being closed on Saturdays 2) my upstairs neighbors are horrible... I complained for a year until I was told nothing was going to be done and things wouldnt change! So now I just deal with it and I do request to move into a 1st floor apartment every month due to bad knees. 3) the trash compactor is horrible it cannot accommodated the trash that is thrown at it on a daily basis! The trash just piles up and I really feel sorry for the maintenance crew who have to dig through the trash daily! Other than that ... its an affordable place to live and if I can get into a ground floor apartment... I will be here for a very long time!

Lmao, what a joke of an apartment! This place is ridiculous. I thought it was a steal for the price; however, the performance of the apartment is far from that of the cost! It says gated community, gates havent worked in years! The weight room has a keypad for 24 hour access but does not work! The trash, the trash is out of control!!! They expect you to leave it in the bushes when the compactor gets full(which is a daily accurance)!!! Not to mention the continuous stinch of marijuana lingering from my neighbor house!!! For your own sake, this is a last resort!!!
