Located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, walking distance to all amenities (two blocks from the corner of 436 SR and Wekiva Springs Rd, where Ross, 24 Hours Fitness, and Sprout Farmer Market are). Available for moving in June 1, 2025.

Moving in: no application fee, first and last month rents, refundable $500 deposit, background check a must.
