We recently moved here and love it. The Sales Office and maintenance staff have been nothing but extremely accommodating. They are very professional and has answers for everything. They are quick to resolve any problems. I really appreciate that. The development is brand new! It is located in a very convenient area. Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. They have a security service. I recommend this development.

I am in the early phase of the application and move in process but I just wanted to take a moment and give credit where it is seriously do. I have been working with Kimberly and she really sets the tone for such a positive experience thus far. This is a great community but what sets it apart is the level of customer service the second contact is made. Most places dont even answer phones or call back. Kimberly not only has been true to her word, but even goes above and beyond whether its an extra call back, an apartment change or whatever I have needed or asked for. A nice looking community is great, but it is the management team that makes the experience even worth while. I absolutely recommend this place and I havent even moved in yet. She is actually why I continued with this complex over another one. Definitely worth checking this place out if you bare wanting to move. ALSO the units are spectacular- huge and totally brand new. Price is great with everything you could want in a luxury home , especially an office team you can count on!

Kimberly was very knowledgeable and thorough with disclosing all the information regarding renting a unit, especially regarding a security deposit and credit check. I appreciate that she had patience to answer ALL of my questions when I expressed interest to possibly move into an apartment here.Over the phone, I was told that an ID card, face mask and gloves would be required to take a tour of these potential units, obviously for covid and preservation reasons. I know that these units are priced on the higher end regarding price, but if you want a BRAND NEW unit with great amenities including a garage, then price is not an issue. This property is obviously not for everyone and their respective budgets.

Kimberly and Jillian were such a pleasure to work with when looking for a new place for my family. My situation was a little complicated and at one point, we almost did not apply. However, Kimberly enlighten us on the fact that the qualification process is not solely based on score. She advised that a lot of other things are taken into consideration and our applications are also reviewed thoroughly to ensure the verification process was accurate and complete. Long story short , we were approved. I was so happy I took Kimberlys encouragement to heart and still applied. Kimberly and Jillian also followed up with us even after were approved. They called to ensure we fully understand the terms and conditions of becoming a resident. They thoroughly explained the 72 hour cancellation policy after approval, the parking and smoking policy and the guest policy. Jillian strongly encouraged us to take a day after we read the entire lease agreement to talk things over and ensure we wanted to move forward. We were so grateful of that. We saw it wasnt about a sale. They wanted to make sure we were ready fully ready to commit to the terms and were happy with our choice. Jillian and Kimberly provided their contact information, individual emails, and availability to ensure we felt supported. We are still excited about our decision. I understand fully that if we do not follow policy, the property will take action and thats to protect everyone including all tenants who are abiding by policy and paying rent to live in a peaceful community. We respect their enforcement and taking action swiftly. We feel safe and at peace with Kimberly and Jillian taking our enjoyment in our residence serious. If youre thinking about applying, ask for Kimberly or Jillian. Both will be completely transparent, attentive, professional, courteous and thorough. APPLY
