When we did the tour of these apartments, it seemed great! But... As soon as we got our keys to our apartment, it was all down hill from there. Our apartment smelled like cat pee, they didn't do a walk through with us. When I told management about the cat pee, they said we can clean your carpet or give you your money back. We should've taken the money and ran. We had to hire someone to come fix the carpet because it still smelled like cat pee. It was all fine after we got the carpet fixed. After that, it started to get worse. Maintenance was okay expect Rudy. I called him after hours about a problem and he told me, "what do you want me to do about it?" I was done at that point. Oh and our upstairs neighbors smoked weed in the apartment and would fight outside where all the doors are at least once a week. The move out process was the worst. Nicole the manager is really nice until you do something she doesn't like. We always paid our rent on time, we're great residents and never complained. Nicole never told me that the prorate was due like our normal rent for move out. We got a notice on our door saying we owed 780. We didn't even had to pay that much for the prorate. When I called Nicole, she was nasty. Very rude and not helpful at all. Worst manager ever if you ask me. Was so happy to leave.

Very depressing landscaping. It looks like a giant industrial parking lot from outside. Police cars were at 3 different unrelated houses in the neighborhood to the side. On the other side it looked like an old abandoned school made entirely of portables. Big pool, nice fitness center. ZERO natural lighting.

Terrible experience. Manager is beyond rude. Didn't listen to ANY of my concerns. Did not fix many of the work orders that I sent, and on top of that wants me to pay for things that were broken in the apartment when I moved in. Even with pictures timestamped. I don't think so. SEE YOU IN COURT. Do not give them your money.

I'll have to say these are by far the worst apartments I have ever lived. They advertise security, but yet the gates are either propped open or the lock is totally missing. I have had 2 cars stolen here and 1 broken into, while parked in the "secured" parking lot. The mailboxes have been broken into, I had checks and credit cards stolen, mine is missing the door, I havent had any mail left here in over 2 months. Why aren't they replaced?? Security here is a joke, they don't even patrol the premises. The security guy said he "tries" to come by at least twice a night, really??!? I can't wait till my lease is up to get the hell outta here, hopefully my car will still be here when that time comes!!

It's spacious but it's not worth it. We have a leak now again and it's bad. No one picks up their dog poop even though you point out the culprits they have not done a thing. Parking sucks. Mailboxes get broken into. Ugh...

Do not rent here. I've been here only 3 weeks, and want to move out. Roaches are running around in the kitchen. Pest control has sprayed 2x but it didn't work. My electric stove burner isnt working, and the small burners smoke when theyre turned on.I left message of this issue and still hasn't been fixed.Mgmt claims they have a 24 HR turn around time, but this is false. The mailboxes have been broken into, so mail isn't being delivered to broken boxes.The post office told me the apt complex won't replace the mailboxes until next year because there's no more money in their budget for this year.

If this place is going to have red zones, and have vehicles towed, the zones should at least be visible. The towing company used is very sketchy. I've noticed them hanging out, just waiting to scam someone. I guess they caught me. $155 later...........

My only complaints are that there was a lot of criminal activity at the apartment complex next door so occasionally it would spill across the street to Wellington Place. Over all I lived there for over a year and I enjoyed it.

Cons: The appliances are old and outdated, the fixtures and countertops in the apartments need to be updated. The gym should not be listed as an amenity because the equipment is broken or doesn't work properly.

I've lived here for about 8 months. The only reason I'm moving is because I got in section 8 and they don't accept it. The staff is always nice and maintenance is always fast. I've never seen or heard about any crime. They have washer dryers in the apartments for a small monthly fee or you can bring your own. The apartments are very big. They have good floor plans. There are only a couple of complaints. I saw a cockroach or two every so often mostly throughout the spring. And the outside is crawling with them but that's everywhere. They spray for bugs every few months but could do it more often I think. But its an old building in a city. Everyone sees them in their houses sometimes. (Even the cleanest people). The other thing is that the appliances are outdated but oh well, they still work. Overall, I had a great experience living here!
