Overpriced mediocrity. Trash piles up in the parking lot. I've heard gunshots go off right outside my unit. Floorplans are small and make poor use of space.

They changed the lease end date multiple times, initially it was a 6 month lease, then they had changed it to a 18 month lease without my approval or any sort of initials. You see this scribbling over the prior date and now it is a 12 month lease. And how I found out it was a 12 month lease was a notice on Friday March 29th. I didn't want to stay so I scrambled to find a new place. I found out they have a rule where if you do not let them know before the 1st of the month you have to pay an additional month. They let me know March 29th that my lease is now up and April 1st would have been the next Monday. That is very short notice. Because I did not let them know until now April 4th, I have to pay May’s entire rent.
Took 2 months from when we moved in for them to get us our washer/dryer unit with me reminding them multiple times.
Their office team changes every month, almost each time I go in to pay rent it’s someone completely different.
Noise level is high sometimes - car alarms, trucks backing up, this one scooter alarm that goes off whenever it rains
I was not able to get my problem resolved. If you still decide to move here keep paper copies of everything and have any sort of agreement in writing. I would avoid all properties managed by PMI.
