Has bugs. Bed bugs sewer roaches. From day one not anything we brought with us. The maintence man is horrible. He told us fixing our sink was too much work. We are to use garbage disposal for small quantities of food. And we have to run our garbage disposal to drain the sink. So basically don't use the sink. Manager has an attitude. Also our dishwasher floods out kitchen which has wood floors that are now ruined.

I have to be honest. When we first moved in (August 2015) it was a really nice place with great potential. The first manager was super nice and had real vision for the place. The property management firm replaced her with a manager that didn't share that vision (and frankly didn't care). That's when things started going downhill. We lived there until June of 2017 (with ANOTHER change in management) and watched the place get seedier and seedier. Our new neighbors were loud and scary, the car thefts were epidemic, and the utility bills kept getting higher and higher. By the time we moved, we were just happy to get out of there with all of our property and our car.
It's too bad. Considering the history of the complex for the past 20 years, I had hoped it could make a turnaround. Now, it's the same as it ever was.

Disorganized and disappointing. Loud neighbors. The pool didn't open all summer, which is an amenity I'm promised as a rent paying tenant. Not to mention I'm charged just as much in rent for a non-renovated unit as a renovated unit. My roommates vehicle was stolen, recovered, and then vandalized within a few weeks. My vehicle was smashed into in the parking lot while I was sitting at home. They changed the mailboxes without warning and I was told the USPS is holding our mail for us. Wrong. I get there and they said my unit was not on the list of boxes to be changed and they don't know where my mail is. Some warning or arrangements would have been expected but we received nothing.
I feel over charged and totally fed up with this place.

Place is rediculus when it comes to spraying for cockroaches and spiders they over make you pay for utilities management is never around when needed I went to this apartment complex in serch for a town home when I paid up front for a three bed the manager Adam told us that one was almost ready so he put us up in, a small two bed infested unit for two weeks and 6 months in I was still in the 2 bed infected apartment my grandchild and daughter never got to enjoy the home they had to go elsewhere so by my experience do not rent fr them they lie cheat you and all of the above and swimming pool never gets open that sucks fir all the awesome children that want to enjoy the summer

These people made me wait not only one month but six months for my down deposit to be returned after saying I never even lived there. I had to threaten legal action before they even rutuened my calls. Their receptionist and owner gave me the run around and ignored my calls.. I hope that no one ever has to go through this again. I urge you to not live at this place let alone let your furniture be covered with their cockroaches and their water damage jacking up your lungs while they "remodel" but don't fix fundemenal problems. I hope you have a great day
