Love the community, location and front office. By far the best apartment complex Ive ever lived in, Maggie has been a great help in all of my questions and maintenance issues. Had a leak and it was repaired immediately, nothing has broken and most of the neighbors are very friendly. Easy to get a noise complaint though at least where I am, got a lot of older people around me. There are a lot of college students here as well as just people working and making a living. Ive encountered people from all backgrounds here. It would be hard to feel out of place here no matter who you are.

Parking is atrocious. It shouldn't this bad. If you like walking across the complex to get to your vehicle, this place is great for you. Problem has been an on going issue, and has not been addressed. This is, in fact, a gated community but only about 5% of the time. Other than those issues, the Reserve is a good apartment complex to live in.

I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone. We didnt have a problem at move out. Jaime was very helpful in our transition out and was more than willing to work with us! Yes, the gates are always open because everytime the reserve would fix it people would piggy back and try to beat the gate before it closed and would break it again! So that's really not the apartments fault. Anytime we had an issue maintenance was there by the next day. The noise wasn't bad and we lived on the bottom floor. I guess only issue we ever had was neighbors not picking up after their animals, but they are working on that issue

Have had a great experience with The Reserve here in Abilene! The staff is wonderful and very accommodating. Haven't lived in an apartment in over 20 years and the staff here helped make the move as unstressful as possible. The layout of the apartment is perfect with plenty of space and storage. The apartment was spotless upon moving in. Looking forward to making a home here!!!

Decent apartments for the most part. A little over priced considering the carpet hasn't been replaced in years and smells horrible underneath even after carpet cleaning. Staff is very nice and helpful and maintenance is done very quickly compared to most places. Good pool and gym as well. Overall not bad just check all the floors and stuff before you move in.
