I have been living here with my wife for almost 2 years now. The apartments themselves are great and we have not had any major issues. The staff is very friendly and the maintenance team responds quickly to all requests.
On top of that, the location is excellent. Walking distance to the Mall and to the bars/restaurants on 14th St. There is also a great grocery store across the street.

My daughter and I have lived here for two years. The staff is terrific- kind, welcoming, and helpful. And the building is immaculate- clean and well maintained. The cleaning staff is so sweet, too. They always have a kind word for my daughter. Management is great as well friendly, communicative, and straightforward (not trying to hide the ball). Lotan, the head concierge deserves his own paragraph but Ill leave it at this- hes the BEST and everyone loves him. Oh! The maintenance guys are great -very responsive and kind. Overall, we love it here!

i am a very happy resident at 1210 Mass Apartments. I moved in sept 2021 and i can say it is a great community to live. All the staff is very friendly and always ready to help when needed. In the only occasion I need the Maintenance team, they solve the problem quickly and efficiently. Very complete gym with flexible hours. Great location, walking distance from many restaurants, Whole foods, coffee shops and everything you may need. In a snapshot, i strongly recommend this place to live

Excellent community. The entire staff is so friendly and helpful. The Concierge team always greets you with a smile and are very helpful. The maintenance staff is quick and efficient. The building is kept sparkling clean which was comforting during the pandemic. The location is also convenient to everything in DC (walking and metro) and spacious parking is available if you need it. Overall, great place in DC to call home.
Alonzo was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the entire touring process!
