Hermosa House provides our guests a unique experience to enjoy their stay in a Mid-century modern and Art Deco designed home with full service amenities. Monthly housekeeping is provided and included in the monthly rent. Additional housekeeping is available at the Tenant's request for additional charges to be invoiced to the Tenant. All utilities are included in rent (internet, water, sewer, gas, electrical, trash).

At Hermosa House we believe that after a hard day of work you should be greeted in comfort. With our outside patio lounge, Arizona nights have never been more spectacular when spending the evenings under the stars while kicking back by our outside fireside table, while sipping your favorite cocktail, beer, or glass of fine wine. Backyard BBQ and cornhole game setup is ready for your enjoyment. After that hard day of work or travel you deserve the many amenities at the Hermosa House.

If sports and recreation are your pleasure, we are centrally located. Our guests are within 15 minutes of Old Town Scottsdale. Spring training locations (Scottsdale & Hohokam Stadiums), Sloan Park, and Salt River Fields and less than 15 minutes away. Located minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport. Outdoor recreation activities are abundant with nearby Camelback Mountain, South Mountain, Piestewa Peak, McDowell Preserve, Papago Park, and Tempe Town just a quick car trip away.

***As a convenience for our guests, we require you to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver ($35) through partner at Superhog, as this protects you in case you, or your guests cause accidental damage during a stay. This will be collected during the Know Your Guest verification process.

Smoking (including
cigarettes/cigars/tobacco/vaping/candles/incense/marijuana) is prohibited in any area in or on the premises and on the property. Tenant will be charged any smoke remediation fees and have them deducted from their security deposit and/or Damage Waiver program.

All prospective Tenants must complete an application (paid by Tenant), to include a credit, criminal background check, and an eviction history report. All Tenants must sign a lease and agree to the House Rules as a condition of the lease. Tenants must provide evidence of renter's insurance prior to occupancy and maintain coverage during the lease. City of Tempe 1.8% TPT tax will be added to the monthly rent and remitted.

There cannot be any more than the allowed number of guests in or on the property at any one time (except provisions within the lease agreement), a violation shall be considered ground for termination of the lease.
