I have lived at Owings Run 4 months and have been very pleased. Everyone in the leasing office is extremely friendly (looking at you, Becky Millner). All my maintenance requests have been taken care of in a very timely manner and all the maintenance men are extremely personable. My apartment is in excellent shape and I love spending time at the pool. It's also a very attractive community and the grounds are well taken care of. I'm a happy resident!

Renewals in 2022 are increasing well you to $200 additional $ once they add the non regulated in Baltimore County rental increase at time of renewal notices. Water Bills for 2 person occupancy can be upwards of $70 + dollars per month and fluctuate give /take $5-8. Some small percentage of units have renovations (mine is a first Reno with minimal renovation such as upgrade cabinets. No marble/granite counters or plank flooring etc. appliances are well used. Our original property manager was solid and responsive. Our current manager is rude, seems agitated when questioned and doesnt care that she shoved a huge increase down your throat. She noted market rent, price stands. Reality is if we incur increases thus huge, make sure you get what you want when you pay for it. Nicer communities in Owings Mills with comps to match market rent are out there. Proceed with knowledge first.
