I recently moved into the Roy apartments. It has been such a smooth and amazing experience from get go of first viewing the apt to move in and now living here. The management are so professional, responsive and caring of their residents. I had a few maintenance requests after my move-in and it was so effortless to place the maintenance order on their website and my order was addressed and resolved in the timely manner I had requested. The community itself have been so warm and welcoming to my move-in, I even got a "welcome move-in" gift from one of my new neighbors, so sweet and thoughtful :). The apartment itself is modern, quiet, with lots of bright day light, and super cozy. It's definitely the sanctuary I was looking for.

The Roy has the most incredible management team. Q is one of a kind. She is responsive, sweet and makes you feel very safe....
The Roy has the most incredible management team. Q is one of a kind. She is responsive, sweet and makes you feel very safe. Ramiro, the buildings maintenance manager is also one of a kind. He prioritizes your needs and communicates with you to make sure you are on the same page. Lastly, the gym is always clean and perfect. I will definitely miss the gym and the rooftop! We lived here for 2.5 years and will never forget our experience. Thank you! Hope you love it as much as we did.
