- A complete Pet Screening Profile is part of our rental application, REQUIRED. If it is not received the rental application will be considered incomplete.

Property Condition:
- Property is rented "as-is" "where-is" condition.
- Monthly pool service done by Owner's own contractor, paid by Owner no extra charge to the Tenant.
- Tenant is responsible for landscape (front, sides, and back), and swimming spa/pool maintenance.

Rental Application Requirements and Terms:
