• Pet friendly (dogs of any breed and size. We also welcome cats - see pricing below). We accept ESAs and Service Animals too.
• Damage Deposit: UNFURNISHED: $2000 refundable / FURNISHED: $600 refundable. An additional $600 refundable for those traveling with pets (up to 2).
• Limited rental screening. Happy to refund your rental screening cost if you sign a lease with us.

• a2. Any size long-haired dog or cats (long or short-haired) and Large dogs (36lbs - 65lbs) starting at $600 and pro-rated @ $20/night, per pet. ($300 per pet for stays less than 10 nights) • $35 per pet, per month for UNFURNISHED RENTALS.
