Office staff quick to resolve any issues. Great location, easy access to 23 south and north.

My daughter lives here everything is ok but the attendants upstairs. she has called the cops twice because they have people over every weekend and the music is so loud and walking is nonstop for hrs. She ask them if they could not be so loud but it only made it worse. They are very racist, while sitting on our balcony I heard them say Americans are so lazy and I couldn't understand the rest of there accent. My daughter has spoken with the Office and they refuse to help her with the situation and refuse to let her move into a different one of there apts. So now she's stuck here until her release is up.

I located Traditions at Carson Farms online and was impressed at first sight. I later decided to visit and tour the area in person. The staff was very knowlegable and freindly. I was immediately attracted to the clealiness of the surroundings and peaceful atmosphere. In less than a month I selected a size, submitted the paperwork and moved in. This outrank the house I sold in Ga 10 -1. My place is gorgeous and I will be renewing my lease. Thanks Seth.

Can I give it 6 stars? With the exception of noisy neighbors downstairs (not Carson farms fault), my experience from start to finish has been awesome. James delivers world class service despite me asking weird random questions, found me a sub letter when I got a job in California, and is a big part of why I'm going to miss Ohio! If you ever take up golf, you have a standing offer at Pebble!

If it were possible to give 0 stars that's what I would rate my experience. If you want to hear your neighbors upstairs talking, walking, the timer on the stove going off, a dog running/barking, and even your neighbors peeing, this is the perfect place to live. Once we complained multiple times about our upstairs neighbors, maintenance came out to look at the apartment. Come to find out due to structural issues, we are hearing more than we are supposed to. Our only option to resolve this issue was to have US move to a different apartment. A discount on lease, a couple months free rent, letting us out of our lease early wasn't an option or even moving our things for us to a different apartment wasn't an option. Not to mention how outrageous utilities are due to all the fees with third party utility billing...a couple pays the same water bill as a family of 6. We have 6 months left on our lease and feel very stuck and invaluable. We have reached out to the corporate office twice without response to see what else can be done. Renters here pay top tier price for SUB par living conditions. Renters beware.
