I highly recommend these apartments. Ive always liked living in the Hoover area but it can be expensive, until I came across these apartments. It is a very peaceful area. I stay in a 1 bedroom and when I say its the biggest 1 bedroom Ive ever had. It was very clean when I moved in last year. Maintenance is awesome! Never seen better. Lets not forget management either. Mrs. Lynn is absolutely amazing. She has a very pleasant vibe and is willing to work with you long as you put in the effort. She will go the extra mile with you. I love her! She has really brought a lot of great changes there when she came. Shes still working on new things for Wildwood. So come on. I promise you will not regret it.

UPDATE: Management has reached out and we are meeting Monday 7/26 to discuss the possibility of moving forward. This will be updated, but here's my experience so far... Contact and information started off great. Management was very helpful in answering any questions I had and welcomed me with enthusiasm. Then I did my application... I was denied. I kind of expected it based on my credit. It's something I have been working hard on and my score has increased significantly in the past year and a half. Buuuut... There was also mention of criminal/public records. I have NO criminal record whatsoever. I have 2 arrests from 10+ years ago (no charges/convictions) so those shouldn't be a factor. I explained this to management. Requested a copy of the report that Realpage applicant screening sent them... I have heard nothing back from either one. Nothing like feeling ghosted by a place I'm trying to give my hard earned money to, ya know? I get policies and requirements. But say something. "I'm sorry there is nothing we can do". It really is that simple. I'll give the rest of the day for a response and then I'll update my rating. In the meantime, if any other apartment complexes are willing to work with someone who is actively improving their credit and situation, then check your requests for more information. Chances are I've already reached out to you as well.
